Secrets  From The Dentist Of Tooth

If the dentist wears a mask so you may want to change dentists ....

The last time I had a dentist office, dental hygienist, and I had the discussion of nutrition and oral health. Here's what I learned:
Secrets  From The Dentist Of Tooth

Every time you eat something, no matter what, salivary glands secrete acid mouth to start breaking down food so it is easier to digest once it reaches the stomach and small intestine.

This is what oral hygiene called "acid bath." This acid bath will last up to twenty minutes after you ate. This is great for the digestion process, but what does this mean for your overall health?

Band acid bath. Do they not look very concerned about the oral health?

First, if you like to eat several times a day, you expose your teeth, gums and esophagus with a large amount of acid. Over time, this persistent acid exposure can lead to enamel breakdown, the formation of cavities and health problems of the gums and throat.

My hygienist was quick to point out that the biggest criminals are those who continue to drink coffee all day. Do not know anyone who does?

Second, all the acid has to go somewhere, and this place is the stomach. Introduction of large amounts of acid in your stomach will change the fragile environment of the stomach and cause pain, discomfort and perhaps worse.

It is not only recharge my coffee, it destroyed my stomach lining at the same time! WOW!

Have you ever had a stomach ache after drinking large amounts of coffee all day? The combo of bitter coffee and acid secretion in the salivary glands are wreaking havoc on the stomach.

What can be done.

1.Brush teeth after eating a large meal. Do you know why dentists lawyer to brush your teeth in between meals? They recommend this solution to neutralize the acid that is secreted after meals, which seeks to protect the tooth enamel. Toothpaste is made of alkaline ingredients neutralize acids and acid bath to reduce the impact a little '.

3. Lay off the damn coffee. Or at least avoid drinking coffee, tea or snack constantly throughout the day. Try to take at least 2-3 hours between eating or drinking. Water is an exception, because it creates the release of acids.

3. My personal theory. I have not studied in this context yet, but I will make a case brought up: I bet if you eat plenty of green vegetables with a meal, you can reduce the effect of acid in your teeth, gums and stomach.

The vegetables are highly alkaline substances. I guess they do a good job of neutralizing the acid secreted by the salivary glands and promote a more healthy for the stomach.

Smart researchers here. They must understand the acid / plant contact way before me.
